Pippin
‘Pippin’ is a fictionalized musical about the son of King Charlemagne, who embarks upon a journey of self-discovery in search of his life’s meaning. With the (mis)guidance of a troupe of theatrical players who seem to have their own motives at work, Pippin experiments with war, sex, reigning and hard labor as a farm hand, though nothing brings him the fulfillment he desires- until he discovers that what he has been searching for has been there all along…
